Try before you pay: every paid plan starts with a free trial, so you only get charged once you've decided it's worth it. You can cancel anytime in one click — when you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again. Because our service is delivered instantly and digitally, paid periods and one-time purchases (like a $0.99 Quick-Claim Verdict) are generally non-refundable once they begin — but we always fix genuine billing mistakes, and we'll review fair-minded requests case by case.
1. The Short Version #
- Free trial first — no charge until it ends; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Cancel anytime, keep what you paid for — access runs to the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-period refunds — we don't pro-rate an in-progress month or already-delivered service.
- Billing errors are always refunded — duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken charges, no questions.
- Goodwill is discretionary — we may offer a courtesy refund or credit in fair cases, at our discretion.
2. Free Trial — Try Before You Pay #
Our paid plans (Smart and Super Smart) begin with a free trial period. During the trial you are not charged the plan price. We'll tell you when the trial ends and when the first charge will occur.
Card verification ($1 hold). When you add a card to start a trial, you may see a temporary authorization of about $1. This is a verification hold to confirm the card is valid — not a payment for the service. It is released back to you automatically and is not money you have actually paid.
What you'll be charged, and when. Before your trial starts we clearly show the plan price and the exact date the first real charge will occur. When the trial ends, that price is charged automatically unless you cancel first. We may also send a reminder before the trial converts. You can cancel any time during the trial in one click and pay nothing.
If the product isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed. The free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the service — for that reason, charges that occur after a trial you chose not to cancel are generally non-refundable (see §4).
3. Cancel Anytime — and Keep Your Access #
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation:
- Stops all future charges immediately — your card is never billed again for that plan.
- Preserves your access through the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel mid-month, you keep premium engines until that month runs out, then drop to the free tier.
- Takes effect without penalty or cancellation fee.
This means you never "lose" time you paid for, and you're never surprised by a renewal charge after you've decided to leave.
4. Subscription Refunds #
Because access is granted and consumed immediately, and because every plan is preceded by a free trial, subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep service through the end of that period rather than receiving a pro-rated refund (see §3).
We may, at our sole discretion and without creating any obligation or precedent, issue a courtesy refund or account credit — for example, where you were charged immediately after a renewal you intended to cancel and have made little or no use of the new period. To ask, contact support@reallysolved.com; requests are most likely to be granted within 14 days of the charge and with minimal usage of the period.
5. Annual Plans #
If we offer an annual (prepaid) plan, your first annual purchase includes a 14-day money-back window: cancel within 14 days of the initial annual charge for a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal and keep access until the paid year ends. Renewals of an annual plan are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. One-Time & Pay-As-You-Go Purchases #
Some products are delivered instantly and in full as a single transaction — for example a $0.99 Quick-Claim Verdict or other à-la-carte AI output. Once the result has been generated and delivered, the purchase has been fully performed and is non-refundable.
If a one-time purchase fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side (you were charged but received no result), we will re-run it at no cost or refund that specific charge. Contact support@reallysolved.com with the transaction details.
7. Bounties, Prepaid Credits & Expert Engagements #
Funds you place toward a bounty or expert engagement, or load as prepaid platform credit, are handled under the specific terms presented at the time of that transaction and in our Terms of Service. In general:
- Credit applied toward a completed expert resolution or delivered service is non-refundable.
- A bounty that has not yet been claimed or fulfilled may be cancellable, subject to the rules shown when you created it.
- Unused prepaid credit may be refundable or may expire, as disclosed at purchase. Promotional or comped credit (including pre-launch perks) carries no cash value and is never refundable.
Cash payout and pooled-fund features are governed by their own dedicated terms where offered.
8. What We Always Refund #
- Duplicate charges for the same item
- Charges you did not authorize
- Charges caused by a clear billing error on our side
- You were billed after cancelling and before the next period began
- A paid one-time result that never delivered due to our technical fault

9. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal #
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because our digital services are supplied immediately, when you start using a paid plan or purchase a one-time digital result you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Until performance begins, your statutory withdrawal right is unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.
10. How to Cancel or Request a Review #
- Cancel: open your account settings → Billing → Cancel, or email support@reallysolved.com from your account email.
- Request a refund review: email support@reallysolved.com with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
11. Payment Processor & Merchant of Record #
Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider / merchant of record. Where a merchant of record handles your transaction, its buyer terms and refund handling may also apply, and refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not store your card details. This policy describes Really Solved LLC's approach to refunds and cancellations and supplements, but does not replace, the terms presented by the payment provider at checkout.
