ReallySolved™ is a platform where people submit Truths about brands and products, and verified Expert Solvers determine if they're accurate. We don't decide what's true — Expert Solvers vote, we report the count. Political content isn't on the platform yet. Submitting copyrighted, defamatory, or classified content is your liability, not ours. We don't sell your personal data — ever. We may license de-identified data derived from platform activity (see §6). SIQ™ is a reputation score, not money.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility #
By accessing or using ReallySolved™, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ReallySolved. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Really Solved LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. What ReallySolved Is #
ReallySolved is a neutral platform that hosts user-submitted Truths about brands, products, and AI outputs. Verified Expert Solvers — independent community members — review submitted Truths and vote on their accuracy. The platform measures and reports community consensus. We take no editorial position on any claim.
ReallySolved is not a publisher of the content submitted by users. We are a platform that enables user expression and community verification. Content published through the platform reflects the views of the submitting user and the voting Expert Solver community, not Really Solved LLC.
For bounties, paid engagements, and consultations, ReallySolved acts solely as a neutral broker that connects independent, credential-verified Expert Solvers with the people and organizations who engage them. ReallySolved does not employ Expert Solvers, does not direct or supervise their work, and does not endorse, guarantee, warrant, or otherwise stand behind any Expert Solver's work product, opinion, advice, verdict, or the outcome of any engagement. All such output is the independent work of the Expert Solver, who is solely responsible for it.
When we show how multiple AI engines answered your question, we present each engine's most specific claim as a direct quote wherever possible, and otherwise as a brief summary — most people want the key point, not the full raw output. An automated check confirms that anything shown in quotation marks matches that engine's actual response; text we cannot verify as an exact match is shown as a summary instead, without quotation marks. This comparison is AI-generated and is not editorial content published by Really Solved LLC — see Section 15 for accuracy disclaimers.
3. What You Can Submit #
You may submit Truths that are claims about:
- Products and services available to the public
- Brand conduct, marketing claims, or customer service representations
- AI-generated outputs or AI system behavior
- Matters of public commercial record (financial filings, product specifications, public statements by companies)
- Any factual claim that can be evaluated against publicly available evidence
Submitted Truths should be specific, falsifiable claims — not opinions, personal grievances, or editorializing.
4. What You Cannot Submit #
The following content categories are not permitted on ReallySolved at this time:
- Political opinions, candidate evaluations, or election-related claims
- Government policy debate or legislative analysis
- Foreign government, intelligence, or military matters
- Classified or otherwise government-restricted information
- Defamatory or knowingly false statements about identifiable individuals
- Content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context
- Hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence
- Doxing or non-consensual personal information disclosure
- Copyrighted material you do not own or have license to share
When: Political content scope will open when ReallySolved completes the required compliance buildout. We will publish a 30-day notice before that change takes effect.
Submitting prohibited content may result in immediate removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity. See Trust & Safety for our moderation process.
5. User Warranties & Indemnification #
By submitting content to ReallySolved, you warrant that:
- You have the legal right to submit the content
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content does not violate any applicable law
- The content is not defamatory, threatening, or harassing
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Really Solved LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you submit, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms.
You take full liability for content you submit. Really Solved LLC is not responsible for user-submitted content.
6. Data Ownership & Derived Data #
Your content is yours. You retain ownership of all content you submit to ReallySolved, including Truths, votes, comments, and expert resolutions. By submitting content, you grant Really Solved LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform, and to create derivative works from it. This license covers content submitted both by users and by Expert Solvers acting in their contributor capacity — each grants this license under these Terms and the Contributor Terms respectively.
De-identified and aggregated data ("Derived Data"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Really Solved LLC retains a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to compile, anonymize, de-identify, and aggregate data derived from use of the platform — including queries, submitted claims, multi-model comparisons, points of disagreement, and resolution outcomes — whether contributed by a user or authored by an Expert Solver contributor. Really Solved LLC owns all right, title, and interest in such Derived Data and may use, distribute, and license it to third parties for any lawful purpose, including training of AI models, analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement, provided that:
- Really Solved LLC applies commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures (described below) designed so that the Derived Data cannot reasonably be used to re-identify any individual, including any third party referenced in the content;
- Really Solved LLC maintains the Derived Data in de-identified form and publicly commits to do so;
- Really Solved LLC contractually obligates any downstream licensee not to attempt to re-identify any individual and not to combine the Derived Data with other data in a manner that could enable re-identification; and
- Derived Data may take the form of aggregated or structured derivatives (such as statistical trends, semantic embeddings, feature vectors, and benchmark datasets) or de-identified textual derivatives (such as model-disagreement records and resolution outcomes) to which the de-identification measures below have been applied. We do not license content in personally identifiable form.
EEA/UK users. For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, submitted content is de-identified through measures designed to render it anonymous within the meaning of GDPR Recital 26 before any commercialization or licensing, such that the resulting Derived Data is intended to fall outside the scope of personal-data processing. Our de-identification pipeline includes named-entity recognition and scrubbing (via our Presidio-based pipeline) applied to both submitter identifiers and third-party names referenced in content, plus k-anonymity controls and generalization of quasi-identifying fields.
What this is not. Licensing Derived Data is distinct from selling personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We license only de-identified data from which an individual cannot reasonably be identified. See also our Privacy Policy §4 (Derived Data).
Deletion and Derived Data. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy. Because Derived Data is de-identified and aggregated — and no longer constitutes personal data — it may be retained after account deletion. It cannot be re-linked to your identity.
7. Expert Solver Verification & SIQ™ #
Expert Solver Intelligence Quotient (SIQ™) is a non-monetary reputation score that reflects an Expert Solver's accuracy, engagement, and community standing on the platform. SIQ has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for goods or services, and cannot be sold.
Bounty payouts are separate from SIQ accumulation. Earning SIQ does not entitle you to payment. Earning a bounty does not require SIQ accumulation beyond the minimum tier threshold.
SIQ tiers: Contributor (0–199), Expert Solver (200–999), Senior Solver (1,000–4,999), Master Solver (5,000+). Tier advancement is based on platform activity and verified accuracy, not purchase.
8. Truth Showdowns™ #
Truth Showdowns™ are competitive verification events on the platform. Ranking Points earned in Showdowns are leaderboard-only scores. They are non-monetizable, cannot be cashed out, do not affect bounty access, and do not affect Solver tier advancement.
Truth Showdowns are not gambling, prediction markets, or securities. No real money is wagered. No financial return is promised or implied. Ranking Points have no monetary value under any circumstances.
9. Bounties #
Verified Expert Solvers at the Solver tier (200+ SIQ) or above may be eligible to claim bounties for approved verification work. Bounties are funded by brands or submitters who opt into the bounty program.
No identity verification is required to create an account, participate, earn SIQ, or accept an Expert Solver role. Identity verification (KYC) and tax-form collection (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for non-US persons) are required only at the point an Expert Solver requests a cash payout. A Expert Solver who does not request a payout is never required to complete KYC.
Bounty awards are unvested until claimed. A bounty award is an offer that becomes a payable amount only when the eligible Expert Solver actively claims it and completes the verification and tax steps above. Until claimed, no bounty award constitutes a balance held by, or a debt owed by, Really Solved LLC. An awarded bounty that is not claimed within 90 days of the award date expires and is returned to the community reward pool used to fund Expert Solver rewards. Expiration of an unclaimed, unvested award is not a forfeiture of funds owed to you, as no payable amount exists prior to a valid claim. SIQ, badges, and tier status are unaffected by award expiration.
Really Solved LLC takes a platform fee of 15–20% of each bounty payout. Remaining proceeds are disbursed to the claiming Expert Solver via the platform's payment partner. Tax compliance for bounty income is solely the responsibility of the receiving Expert Solver. Really Solved LLC will issue appropriate tax documentation where required by law. By claiming a bounty, you agree to provide accurate identity and tax information when requested.
10. Brand Verification #
Brands may purchase verification packages through the published rate card at /enterprise. Rate card pricing is publicly listed. All brands who pay the published rate receive the same access tier. Really Solved LLC does not offer exclusive verification deals or preferential treatment to any brand.
Brand verification does not guarantee a favorable verification outcome. Expert Solvers vote independently. Brand Verification is a channel to surface content for review — not a mechanism to control outcomes.
11. Anonymous Expert Solver Tier #
Expert Solvers may sign up and participate under a pseudonym with no identity verification. The Anonymous Solver tier allows an Expert Solver who later needs to verify their identity — for example, to receive a cash payout — to do so without publicly disclosing it. Any such identity verification is performed by a third-party KYC provider (currently Persona or Onfido) and only at the point it is needed. Really Solved LLC receives only a verified-tier or payout-eligibility boolean from the KYC provider — confirming that identity verification passed or failed. The underlying identity data is not transmitted to or stored by Really Solved LLC. A Expert Solver who does not request a payout is never required to verify their identity.
ReallySolved displays all Expert Solvers under a chosen handle and does not publish any Expert Solver's legal name on the platform. A Expert Solver may elect to display their verified credentials and track record under their handle so they may be evaluated, cited, and engaged; doing so does not publish their legal name. ReallySolved does not hold an Expert Solver's legal name — identity verification, where required, is performed by a third-party provider that retains the identity data — and ReallySolved does not disclose an Expert Solver's legal name to the people or organizations who engage them. Engagements are brokered and conducted through the platform under the Expert Solver's handle. Where disclosure of a legal name is required by law, the request is directed to the third-party verification provider that holds the identity; ReallySolved cannot produce identity information it does not possess.
Anonymous Expert Solvers agree not to publicly reveal their verified status in contexts outside the platform that could create conflicts with their platform activity.
12. Content Moderation Process #
Content moderation is described in detail at Trust & Safety. In summary: we apply automated detection for clear-cut prohibited categories (CSAM, spam, known copyright infringement), maintain a human review queue for flagged content (defamation reports, harassment, threats), and respond to formal notices (DMCA takedowns, court orders, DSA notice-and-action requests).
Users may appeal moderation decisions to appeals@reallysolved.com.
13. Notice & Takedown Procedure #
To submit a copyright takedown notice, see DMCA Notice for the required elements and our designated agent contact information.
For non-copyright content concerns (defamation, privacy violations, illegal content), contact notice@reallysolved.com with a description of the content, its URL on the platform, and the basis for your request.
14. Termination #
Really Solved LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice for serious violations. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to) submitting prohibited content, vote brigading, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and repeated DMCA infringement.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal hold requirements. Submitted Truths may persist in anonymized form as part of the platform's public record.
15. Limitation of Liability #
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Really Solved LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Really Solved LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Really Solved LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
16. Disputes #
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@reallysolved.com and allowing 30 days for resolution.
17. Changes to These Terms #
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before making material changes to these Terms. Notice will be delivered by email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.
Continuing to use ReallySolved after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
