What if a Truth about my brand is false?
You can respond directly through your brand profile β your response is logged and visible to Resolvers and the public. If a Truth is disputed or busted by expert consensus, your Resolution Score is updated accordingly. The platform shows the full verdict history, not just the original submission.
Can I see Truths about my brand before I claim my profile?
Yes. All verified Truths are public. Any visitor can see Resolution Scores and Truth history for any brand. Claiming your profile gives you the ability to respond, receive alerts, and access the full resolution management dashboard.
What is the Silence Clock?
When a Truth reaches verification consensus, the brand is privately notified and a grace period begins β the Silence Clock. If the brand resolves the issue before the clock expires, their Resolution Score is protected and they're featured on the "Brands That Listened" board. If the clock expires without a response, the Resolution Score drops publicly.

Can I remove a Truth that's been verified?
Verified Truths are permanent public records β they cannot be removed by the brand. You can respond, dispute, or demonstrate resolution. This immutability is what makes the Resolution Score meaningful to institutional buyers and the public.
