Bounty types

Three mechanics. One marketplace.

Phase 1 — Live
Single-asker
You post $50+. The first qualified Resolver (200+ R:IQ in your vertical) claims and answers it. Funds held by Trustap — released to Resolver on your approval or automatic release after 72 hours.
Best for: specific question, urgent answer, single source of truth needed.
Post a single-asker bounty →
Phase 1 — Live
Reverse auction
You post a maximum budget. Resolvers bid down on price and delivery time. You pick the best combination of speed, expertise, and cost. Funds held until you approve the answer.
Best for: best value when you have time to evaluate bids.
Post & take competing bids →
Coming — Phase 3
Pooled bounty
You post a low bid. Others contribute until the Resolver's target is met. Solving this requires a wallet + multi-contributor fund structure — Stripe Connect integration with scoped legal confirmation. Launching Phase 3.
Best for: shared questions that many people have. Currently: use a single-asker bounty instead.

$100 bounty → Resolver receives $85 → Platform fee $15
15% transparent platform fee on all bounties. Subject to change with 30-day advance notice. Fee changes apply prospectively only — bounties already posted are honored at the original rate.
Who can claim bounties

Resolver tier required.

Bounty claims are restricted to verified Resolvers with 200+ R:IQ in the relevant vertical. This protects askers from unqualified answers.

Unclaimed awards expire. A cash bounty is an award you actively claim, not a balance we hold. If an awarded bounty is left unclaimed for 90 days, it expires back into the community reward pool that funds future Resolvers. Your R:IQ, badges, and tier status are permanent and never require verification.

FAQ

Common questions.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the answer?
You have 72 hours after receiving an answer to approve or dispute it. If you dispute, the case goes to a panel of Senior Resolvers in the relevant vertical for review. If they agree the answer was inadequate, a refund is processed. If they side with the Resolver, the funds are released.
How are funds held?
For Phase 1, bounty funds ($50+) are held by Trustap — a US-based transaction escrow service. Trustap holds the funds; ReallySolved is not the escrow agent. Funds are released to the Resolver on your approval or after the auto-release window. This structure means ReallySolved never holds your funds.
What's the minimum bounty?
$50 minimum for Phase 1. This reflects the cost of quality expert time. Lower-cost answers (including AI-generated verdicts) are available at aimultisearch.ai/upgrade.
Can I post bounties anonymously?
Yes. Askers can post under a pseudonym. Your payment method is required for fund collection but is not publicly displayed.
When does pooled bounty launch?
Phase 3. Pooled bounties require a multi-contributor fund architecture (Stripe Connect + legal confirmation of the agent-of-payee structure under California money transmission law). We're building this correctly before launching it. In the meantime, single-asker bounties are available at $50+.
