Introduction #
ReallySolved's credibility depends entirely on the integrity of its Resolver community. Resolvers hold a position of trust: their verdicts, evidence contributions, and reputation scores shape how the world understands contested claims. This Code of Conduct defines the standards every Resolver must uphold to participate in the platform.
By participating as a Resolver, you agree to be bound by these rules. Violations are subject to enforcement actions up to and including permanent ban and forfeiture of any accrued RIQ (Resolution Intelligence Quotient) score.
The Seven Rules #
Rules 3, 4, and 6 are critical violations that bypass the standard escalation ladder and result in immediate permanent ban.
1
Standard
Honesty
Submit only evidence you genuinely believe to be accurate and relevant. Do not fabricate sources, misrepresent context, or selectively present facts to engineer a predetermined verdict. If you are uncertain, say so. The platform's Silence Clock penalizes delay — but a wrong verdict hurts everyone.
2
Standard
Disclosure
Disclose any material conflict of interest before participating in a resolution. This includes current employment, advisory roles, equity holdings, and any paid relationship with a party named in the submission. The disclosure window extends two years back for employer relationships. Undisclosed conflicts discovered post-verdict may result in verdict invalidation.
3
Critical — Immediate Ban
No Coordination
Do not coordinate with other Resolvers, submitters, or third parties to predetermine outcomes, share evidence privately before it is submitted to the public record, or vote in blocs. Each resolution must reflect your independent, good-faith judgment. Coordinated manipulation of any verdict is grounds for immediate permanent ban without warning.
4
Critical — Immediate Ban
No Doxing
Never publish, link to, or facilitate the publication of personally identifying information about any person involved in a resolution — including their home address, workplace, phone number, family members, or identifying documents — unless that information is already a matter of formal public record and directly relevant to the disputed claim. Any act of doxing results in immediate permanent ban and may be referred to law enforcement.
5
Standard
Respect
Engage with other Resolvers, submitters, and subjects of resolutions in good faith. Disagreements are expected and welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, slurs, or sustained bad-faith engagement are not. Challenge arguments, not people. The measure of a Resolver is the quality of their evidence, not the volume of their contempt.
6
Critical — Immediate Ban
No Self-Dealing
Do not participate in any resolution where you, your employer, your investors, your clients, or entities you have a financial relationship with are the subject of the claim — unless you have disclosed the conflict and been approved by a Trust & Safety moderator. Using your Resolver access to protect or attack your own financial interests is the most fundamental breach of platform integrity.
7
Standard
AI Disclosure
If you use AI tools to assist in researching, drafting, or evaluating evidence for a resolution, you must disclose this in your submission. AI-assisted analysis is permitted; AI-generated evidence submitted as if it were human research is not. The Resolver, not their tools, is accountable for every submission.

Appeals #
Any enforcement action at Level 2 (Tier Downgrade) or above may be appealed within 30 days of the action. To appeal, contact appeals@reallysolved.com with your account handle, the action taken, and your explanation of why the action was in error.
Appeals are reviewed by a separate moderator who was not involved in the original enforcement decision. Appeal outcomes are final. Permanent bans resulting from violations of Rules 3, 4, or 6 are not eligible for appeal unless the Resolver can demonstrate the finding was based on a factual error.
