We use only the cookies and browser storage we need to keep you signed in, keep the site secure, and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party ad networks. There's nothing to "accept" to start browsing — you can block cookies in your browser any time, though blocking the essential ones will stop you logging in. This notice expands on §6 of our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are #
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Related technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixels — work similarly. Together they let a site remember things between page loads and visits, such as whether you are signed in.
This notice covers cookies and equivalent storage technologies used across ReallySolved™ and its sister products (AImultisearch.ai, FixTruth.com, Certainize.ai, and FixAI.group), which share the same account and security infrastructure.
2. What We Use #
We use 4 narrow categories, all of them first-party:
- Strictly necessary: authentication session tokens, CSRF protection, and security/abuse-prevention signals. Without these you cannot sign in or stay signed in.
- Functional / preferences: remembering interface choices — for example your profile-panel state, dismissed tips, or theme — so the site behaves consistently for you.
- Anti-abuse & rate-limiting: signals that help us enforce the free-search quota, detect coordinated abuse, and protect the engine cost firewall.
- Privacy-respecting analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage counts (which pages and features are used) with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.
3. What We Don't Use #
We do not use, set, or permit:
- Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies
- Cross-site or cross-device tracking cookies
- Data-broker, ad-network, or social-media tracking pixels for advertising
- Behavioral-profiling cookies that build a marketing profile of you
We do not sell personal data, and we do not load advertising trackers — so there is no advertising cookie to opt out of.
4. Cookie & Storage Table #
Representative items we set. Exact names may evolve as we improve the product; the categories and purposes below remain accurate.
| Name / pattern | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Strictly necessary | Supabase authentication session — keeps you signed in | Session / up to sign-out |
| CSRF / security token | Strictly necessary | Protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery | Session |
| rs-pp-state, rs-pp-mob | Functional | Remembers your profile-panel layout state | Persistent (local storage) |
| quota / rate-limit signal | Anti-abuse | Enforces the free daily-search limit and detects abuse | Up to 24 hours |
| analytics (aggregated) | Analytics | Anonymized page/feature usage counts — no cross-site tracking | Up to 12 months, aggregated |
5. Local Storage #
Some preferences are stored in your browser's local storage rather than as cookies (for example rs-pp-state and dismissed-tip flags). Local storage is never transmitted to advertising networks; it stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data controls.
6. Managing Cookies #
You control cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies per site under Settings → Privacy. Helpful links:
Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or staying signed in. Blocking functional cookies will reset your preferences each visit.
7. Consent & Regional Rules #
Because we use only strictly-necessary, functional, anti-abuse, and privacy-respecting first-party analytics cookies — and no advertising or cross-site tracking — most jurisdictions do not require a consent banner before these are set.
- Strictly-necessary cookies are exempt from prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
- If we ever introduce non-essential cookies that require consent, we will present a consent control and will not set those cookies until you opt in.
- Your broader data rights are described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR §7).
8. Changes to This Notice #
If we change how we use cookies — for example adding a new analytics provider or a consent banner — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes that introduce non-essential cookies will be accompanied by an opt-in control where required.
