I don't get tired of saying it 😅: according to the 3 smartest AIs, no other company in the world runs more than 3 self-reinforcing flywheel loops. We run 9! (Checked against 3 top AIs, not just 1, and not trusting a single AI is rather the point of this company.) Of course AI is trained to tell you what you want to hear, so, open to being corrected.

We already have the viral & automated outreach timeline & strategy, who to target, and the pages their referral links will go to. It would be good to bounce all of that off experienced GTM folks.

The stack, and it is flexible

In the plan: Clay, Instantly.
Already set up or initialized: Postiz & n8n installed on Oracle OCI Ubuntu 4/24, Resend, Calendly, Airtable, Supabase/Netlify, Trigger.dev, PaperclipAI (fully operational but we don't really need it).

None of this is settled. If your team already runs a different stack and it works, we would rather adopt yours than defend ours.

Why not cryptography?

Cryptography solves integrity, not authority. A signature proves our record was not altered since we wrote it. It does not prove we were right when we wrote it. What gives our record authority is a named, accountable person who checked it against reality, which no signature can substitute for.

What we do keep, permanently: what each AI actually said, before anyone corrects it, saved right next to the final right answer. Most AI tests throw that away & only publish the final score, so nobody can go back & check if the grading was fair. Ours can be checked, from day 1, even before we have measured very much.

Revenue streams, phased

Consumer AI accuracy. Savings Plans are very high margin.
B2B tools. Browser extension + MCP + 2-3 app-store listings.
Expert outreach. An instant verified consultant network, then corporate HR outreach.
AI lab attestation data. Later, shared 50/50. Pre-launch, so it can be changed if the venture studio or GTM partner wants.
