We check your company by the address you signed in with. If it ends in your company's own domain, you are in. We never ask for a document. A business card or a letterhead is a picture anyone can make, so it proves nothing & we do not collect one.
Read-only people can read your team's shared work. They cannot search. There is no limit & no charge.
All 3 start OFF. Only an admin can turn one on, & your team sees who changed it & when.
Send each department's questions to the right AI, so you stop paying top-AI prices for everyday questions. Top AIs are the ones in your team's shared monthly pool.
Automatic: top AIs join only the hard questions. People with no department use Automatic.
Every new search & note starts shared with "My team". People can pick "Only me" for any single one. "Only me" hides it from teammates only: you, as admin, can still include it in the company export.
Every note somebody writes is marked with 1 of 3 things: written for themselves, for work, or for a hobby. This picks the starting mark for accounts you bring in. Each person can change it on any entry, any time, & their last choice becomes their new starting point.
Anything a teammate marks as work shows up here for the whole company to see, including checks run from the browser extension. Entries marked as personal or a hobby never appear here, for anyone.
